Firstly, use rc and 3 invis for a small rc charge to funnel and then recall the rc using spell. then deploy Warden with healers and fireball the leftside or rightside remaining compartment. Use the queen(activate the ability) and siege barrack to funnel the other side. deploy the ice golem and remaining army in the middle. Use freeze to stop multi targeting defenses and totems for monolith and others. you can swap diggy for phoenix. Hope this helps.
